Lance Feaver has more than 20 years' experience in planning, development and local government.
Over his career, he has assessed thousands of planning applications and worked on projects ranging from one-off houses and housing developments, through to renewable energy projects, commercial and industrial developments, infrastructure works and intensive farms.
His experience includes senior planning and leadership roles within local government, providing a strong understanding of how planning applications are evaluated, where risks arise, and how successful outcomes can be achieved.
Based in Donegal, Lance provides practical planning advice across Ireland, helping clients navigate the planning process with clarity, efficiency and confidence.
