Lance is a Principal Planner with over 15 years’ experience across council and consultancy roles in New Zealand and Ireland. Drawing on extensive experience assessing thousands of applications from within council, he understands how proposals are evaluated, where risks commonly arise, and how to position projects for a smoother pathway through the regulatory process. He has led major residential, commercial, rural and renewable energy developments, providing clear, commercially grounded advice that reduces uncertainty and supports timely, practical outcomes. With senior-level experience in the Waikato and Matamata-Piako Districts, Lance brings strong local knowledge and a steady, solutions-focused approach to complex projects.

Ciara McMenamin

Ciara is a Senior Planner specialising in New Zealand resource consent processing across residential, rural, industrial and commercial developments. She has extensive experience in subdivisions, large-scale earthworks, performance standard assessments, and complex applications in sensitive environments including coastal zones, Significant Natural Areas (SNAs), and areas of Māori significance. Ciara has supported multiple councils including Waikato, Matamata-Piako and New Plymouth, and has contributed to major projects including solar farms, large-scale subdivisions, and retirement village developments.
